After several months of incubation, it’s time to officially announce the launch of my new company Instinctive Consulting, LLC!

My desire is that Instinctive Consulting will fill a need I saw in the market for a boutique consulting firm that could assist HR and IT leaders tasked with moving their organizations from on-premise applications and paper-based processes to cloud software solutions. Since 2010 I’ve primarily worked as a consultant and analyst for companies that sold or utilized HRMS/HCM software. As a consultant I saw my clients struggle with the pace of change, new jargon, the shift in data structures and architecture and need for increased security. As a former HCM software customer, I understand the challenges of trying to maintain daily operations while balancing the needs for innovation, digital transformation with frequent software updates and feature changes.

Change is difficult and you need someone that understands what's at stake, has done it before, and will listen to what you want but understands what you actually need. You also deserve a trusted partner that is small enough to value you but also willing and skilled enough to roll up their sleeves and work alongside your team.

Over the next few months, I plan to use this blog to share my thoughts and insights about the intersection of HR and IT, a space that I have grown to love over the course of my career.
