Cathea C. Woodley, founder of Instinctive Consulting, LLC is a versatile consultant with over 18 years of experience in Information Technology & Human Capital Management Professional Services.
Ms. Woodley has worked as a consultant and business analyst for over 18 years. While working at several Fortune 500 organizations she has gained valuable skills in business analysis, information systems, human resource operations, project management, and web design.
For more than 8 years she has specialized in Workday HCM implementation and post-go-live support projects. Her experience as implementation lead and customer of HCM software gives her a unique perspective. She specializes in the following functional areas: HCM, Business Process (design and configuration) Recruiting, Talent & Performance Management, and Security.
Knowledge.
Cathea has earned an MBA from Wake Forest University, a Master of Internet Technology from The University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, and a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University.
She also is a certified SAFE Agile Scrum Master.
